Apart from outlining the framework agreement on counter-trade, actual case examples of counter-trade deals undertaken in Malaysia are also highlighted. In this respect, counter-trade deals involving government-to-government transactions as well as deals entirely transacted on the basis of private sector involvement are also elucidated.
